Tata Sky — Regarding the changes of box

Sir,
I had been frustated by the customer support and the senior executive regarding the upgrade which was been down by the tata sky for the change of box and when i had registered on 14/06/2016 complain for the changed of the box the they assured me the box changed and also the engineer had came at my house but the repaired box was been provided to me and i had denied to take and also i had call the senior executive regarding the repaired box then she assured me the newly changed of box but till now no response has been provided to me 18/06/2016 and i had to call again and again regarding the problem but all the time they assure but no response been given by then . And also on 14/06/2016 the manager of ballia branch has misbehave with me that he will not changed the box and you need to go through the old box only and he told me to tell this same to the customer support and i had call to customer support then they assure me that engineer will come at your home after 4 hour on 14/06/2016 but no engineer came at my house and date is 18/06/2016 till now their is no response to me regarding the problem . But again i had talk to customer support online through chat and again they assured me the changed of the box till 19/06/2016 and also arranged call back and the call is been down by customer executive and now they are telling that the repaired box will be installed in no newly box will be installed, all the time they denied with their word when i talk to them, some time they say that new box some time they say that repaired box and i get frustated by them .
