[Resolved] Tata Sky — Relocation Issue | |||||
Relocation Issue: I get a call daily by a Tata Sky technician and I am asked to be at the location as the technician would be coming for relocation. Today its been 6th time that I have been kept waiting and the guy did not turn up. When I call back that guy says it is not his area of service and a different guy will be coming to relocate the same. I will repeat, this has happened 6 times. These guys are not trained enough to first check the area of relocation and then give a call. When I complaint to the customer care, there is a standard reply which I get from every time "I understand your concern, our team is working on the same". There is a conflict within the local Tata Sky offices who are not willing to provide services in my area. I have relocated thrice in 4 years and every time I have faced the same issue. A work order no. N6SDVLO was generated, I don't know for what reason when no one wants to provide services. I am stuck because I have paid for six months subscription and have no option but to wait. After 6 months, I will make sure that Tata Sky is removed from my place. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The area manager called and sent a technician. This time he came on time and I was not kept waiting endlessly. The work Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
