[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Relocation of Dish Antenna - Refused to visit

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 401208

I have requested for Dish Antenna Relocation for my above ref. connection due to Non-availabilty of signal from current location.

My 3 request were cancelled by call center stating reason LCO, I.e. Local Cable Operator Issue.

My question is

Tata Sky while selling connections does not face such issues ?

When all other operators Sun TV, Videocon DTH, Dish TV persons come & provide service, why Tata Sky can not ?

If Tata Sky is unable to provide service in any area, while they sell their connections in that area ?

I humbly request you to please investigate this problem faced by your team which in turn is creating problems for me at home.

Please look in to this problem of mine & instruct the concerned to solve it.

Tata is the biggest corporate house in India & can deal with all such small issues efficiently.

I spoke to NATASHA, POOJA, KAVITA, NANDISH, KUBER, SR. TEAM LEADER MR. MOHHAMED SARIN & 2-3 MORE.

Everybody gave false promise. Issue is still lingering. Finally one MR. MOHHAMED SARIN told me that they will not be able to provide service in my area. Upon request he promised me that he will take up the issue with Sr . Service Manager of this area & will call me by 4.00 pm.

I know he is not going to call & like others I will never be able to talk to him again.

This is a modus operandi of the call centre people, one person who spoke to you once will never come again in front of you.

I am hopeless now from Tata Sky, being such a big corporate this wasn't expected.

I am trying to send whole communication to Mr. Ratan Tata. Let him also know how the Tata Group image is getting spoiled.
