Tata Sky — relocation services is not getting since 10 days after 20 call to call center | |||
I m sifted vadodara to bharuch before 10 days.i have call to tata sky regarding relocation service and as well as setup box replace.but by untrained person from call center he has not given proper information.after two day follow one call center person told me that first reinstallation will be done.so on 2nd june he has issue complain about relocation.after that every day i called to call center but still my issue is not solved.i have also mail to tatasky but not received reply.nodalofficer call me before two days but still not installation done.now i dont have trust on tatasky.i want to discontinue tatasky and give back my all money which is paid for 1 year in advance as well as money of dish and setup box paid firsttime to tata sky so i can purchase other make dish.
