[Resolved] Tata Sky — request raised three times for migration to tri pack but not done by tata sky till now | |
I raised 1st migration (To trai pack) request on 2/feb/2019 but not done tata sky, then 2nd migration request again raised on 8/feb/19 with request id[protected] but not again done by tata sky. Then, today again on 9/feb/2019 another request raised migration with request id[protected],, but no status update till now and today (9/2/2019) is my old package expiry date, so what is your steps and why are you harassing customer??
