Tata Sky — Request regarding refund of Rs 2640

Dear Sir, My tata sky customer id is [protected]. I was recharging for Rs 2640 for 12 months on 21st june 2015. But the transaction was done twice via SBI Inteenet banking as in the first transaction session got timedout. But later through tatasky customer care I came to know that my both transactions were successful and now my balance got Rs 5290. After successful recharge of Rs 2640 for 1 year, I request you to please REFUND the remaining amount (Rs 2640) into my SBI Savings bank Account number [protected] through which the payment was made.
