Tata Sky — Request to deactivate my 3rd decode and refund the charges | |||
Dear All, I am strangling deactivate my 3rd decoder and details are following : Standard 027XXXXX5890 00XXXXX6690 Still it is very difficult to get line in your call center. After many try finally (waiting 15 min) I have got line (Two weeks before). I have placed my request and they have promised to deactivate with 24 hr. Unfortunately, it was not done after 2 weeks also and I have been charged continuously Last one month. The worst part is a person called from confirmation departs. He confirm my request and he said my retest can’t be done. I was trying to get reason why not done but he could not give one. He was very rude. He cut the call abruptly. I am trying to deactivate my 3rd decoder but my efforts are gone in vain. Hence, I am trying to write this mail. Hope, I will get some result.
