Tata sky Insisting Me To Renew Add On Channels & Pay For it . Till Such Time, My Regular Annual Pack Cannot Be Given & They Have Stopped The Signal & My Tv Became Defunct . This Situation Continues For the Last 15 Days Wen i Talked To Them They Promised Me To Depute Technician To My House .Accordingly, a Message Is Given To Me On 22 Oct -2014. After Long Wait Neither Ur Authorised Technician Nor Any Information Is Forth coming For Ur End Regret to Inform u I Spent Rs 300/- To Speak To Ur Officials Every Day On My Mob . it became futile Effort no positive result is in the offing . Ur customer care number is consuming More Time By Pressing Keys Only Ultimately A Stock Reply ( ''SORRY TRY AGAIN'') Ur Officials r taking longer time to speak to Ur customers keeping silent Wen information solicited this is causing mental agony in the minds o[censored]r Valuable Customers Besides Heavy Payment to Bsnl on Cell line i am Wictim of the above so lastly i pray To Early Morning i spoke to ur executive around 3 to 4 am and expressed my Dissatisfaction & Determined to disassociated My Self with Tata sky & requested to drop my id & pay the balance to me from my annual pack (upto April As Confirmed By U )am no more interested poor services Mis behaviour in efficient employees station to receive calls am extremely Sorry To Say Supression of Information Material, Facts Practing Against On Ur Own Customers & Cheating Them In Directly ''[ADD- ONN PACKS]. insisting them forceable to renew with out which Channels Realitng to annual Subcrition tho Advance Payment is made resorting to total signal being locked this is serious matter am must be informed of the action taken as i intented a file a case against u for sufficent Compensation Approiate Court Of Law Besides Duly Bring The Matter To Gov Of Ind Consered Ministry /Prime Minister To Regulater Miss Cond/ Mis Behaviour . Putting IN CONVIENCE TO UR CUSTOMERS AM One Among Worst Vicimed Valuabled Customer.
