[Resolved]  Tata Sky — returned set top box without replacement or repair

I am a user of tata sky dish tv with subscriber ID [protected].

I was having a no signal issue with my set top box in the month of Feb 2019. The technical team said that it cannot be repaired but has to be replaced, and they charged me 500 rs that time, and added a warranty of 1 year for the new box. After that we stopped viewing tata sky after 31 March due to new TRAI regulations. On Ist of July when I cleared the previous balance of rs (minus) -360, & I put on tata sky set top box, it showed no light. I lodged a complaint and they took our box for replacement or repair, since it was in warranty.

Two days later, on July 3rd the technical team of tata sky returned us the same box without any replacement or repair, and said that you have to purchase a new connection since the box is damaged to burn. and they were so rude to us in talking. I called the nodal officer number and logded a complaint regarding this. I said that I have paid 500 rs in the month of February and purchased a new box with a warranty of 1 year, although it was possible at that time to repair but you replaced it then, , and now since my box is in warranty, you are telling me to purchase a new connection. The nodal officer said the same story of company rules and guidelines and closed the complaint three times. I asked the nodal officers for the contact number of their seniors or CEO, they completely denied the request and were in a hurry to wind up the call, even with a false solution and a unsatisfied customer asking them to let him continue to view the tata sky channels with a little help they could have given me by providing me the new set top box, since it was in warranty.

The tat sky services are not up to mark now as it were before. There are no good people in their team. There is no one to question them for the mean behaviour for customers.

I want new HD set top box and previous 500 rs they have cut from my account.

Please help me in this matter.

I book New Tata sky connection 1 july 2019 and they give me 24 hours for installment and still 3rd july no one give any response.
i.e company verify everything address mobile num. etc but still Tata sky makes fool the customer ||
