Tata Sky — Rude behaviour of agent | |||||
Hi, I called yesterday around 12.15 pm for assistance from my registered number [protected]. A guy answered the call. His communication skills was very bad and i was unable to understand him nor he was able to understand what i was saying. I am surprised how come he was handling the calls and how did he cleared the training and ojt. He was very rude and i have not experienced such pathetic customer service from any organisation. And to my surprise this worst customer service is from tata sky. Still i cannot believe being such a big brand you have such poor customer service. As agent was not able to understand me and nor i was able to, and because of his rude behaviour i asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor. And again i got the biggest shock, guess what, he disconnect the call and transferred to some ivr and after few seconds call disconnected. Wow what a customer service you guys have. Much appreciated!!! I will be filing a complaint in consumer forum and raise this issue in social media that how you guys treat ur customers. I called back again and spoke with a another rep, she was very professional and assisted me. I will be soon file complaint in consumer forum against you guys for being so rude.
