I have been such a premier and loyal customer all these year and end up paying thousands every year for South Mega HD pack. Lately I'm having trouble with viewing some of the channels that could with your recent satellite changes. I'm trying to complain since long back none responded. Again when I try to complain online, chat will be disconnected and you start charging for not receiving services. How fair is this on your part? When I activated south HD pack on 2nd Aug 2014, how come my package will expire on 30th Jan 2015? I was promised that if you have any new channel addition, it will be included in Mega pack. But the same has been changed with for HD packages and you have now HD access few and HBO premium channels which are not part of Mega pack. I was graceful ditched by TataSky for being loyal customer. So thirsty for money huh! All your salaries comes from our pockets huh! I'm going to take this to court. Was this information helpful? | |||
