Tata Sky — Service charges levied plus mental harassment | |||
My subscriber id [protected], with ref. To my tata sky connection which is common connection with my ground floor and mine wherein they have not fixed the dish properly and every time due too wind it gets dismantled and due to that when we ask them to set it right they charge us 250rs for engineer visit, my point is simple if it is fault of customer you should penalize customer but since this customer has no fault and their technicians don't fix it properly unnecessary the charges getting levied to customers, this is probably money making business by harassing the customer, we are already paying 770 rs monthly charge apart from that variable costing, this is shamefull Was this information helpful? | |||
