It is almost a month now and NOTHING HAS BEEN TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. Inspite of multiple calls to the Tata sky help desk. Instead each time we get an assurance that they are sending someone over - which ofcourse never happens.
I need the help of Consumer compliment to reach out to someone in Tata sky who is willing to do something about my problem.

No resolution of the issue till date. True to the current service levels of Tata sky, we have lip service only and No follow up action on the ground.
It is sad that a pemeire brand and an erstwhile trust worthy company has come to such a pass.
There is simply no accountability or responsibilty that the company has towards its customers.
To hapless customers like myself, TRAI needs to seriously implement portability of services between DTH service providers.
