I registered 'No Signal' error. They transfered their complaint to service provider in local area. the person said my LNB is gone. it requires change. He asked for 375. I paid him. But then on net I search for the cost of LNB. IT was showing around 150. I called their call center. Their call center told me it cost 150 only. Then I got recharge of Rs 375 and then deducted 170 for service, 100 for LNB and 200 for relocation (which I didn;t got done). So how the vendor tried to earn his profit by making one more complaint solved which I didn't register even. No paper work was there. Tatasky innocent employee's didn't think and detected 200 and 170 for one complaint only. A sharp person would think if I am relocation charge 200 than I shouldn't charge for 170. But Tatasky didn't. They charge overdue and deactivated my service for couple of days. And still they are not able to solve.
Similar incident happened earlier, just few days back. I was having 'No signal' error. person from vendor came and solve it. Within just 3 days I was again having signal error. Their is 7-days warrantee. I called Tatasky call center. They said we can free visit (as it under 7-days warranty). but the vendor called me and said do you want this service. If I my person will need to come at your home I will charge any how. So I cancelled. Tatasky call center agained call me and said why you want to cancelled your complaint. Get it done it is free but final decision of charges will be taken by vendor. I told him final decisions are in the hand of vendor. Leave it because he has already told me that I will be charged.
