I installed tata sky a month before . The technician who installed tata sky dish was not sure about the fitting done . He told me that he would come if any problem occurs . Yesterday with a small gust of wind the screws which hold the dish popped out. I filed a complaint and the technician came. He told that this won’t work you need to reallocate whole dish to other location and he would charge 300/- .
I called tata sky customer care and told it was a mistake of the technician who installed the dish and why I should pay for it and it’s just a month passed and the problem occurred .
I urge to higher official to take care of this . They should interrogate the technician who installed my tata sky .
It’s just been a month only and dish should not come out of the wall because of wind .!
It’s technical fault made by tata sky technician and they should reallocate the dish to other location and install it properly without any charge . Was this information helpful? |
