My sub id is [protected], i had subscribed for Rs 249/ Plan for Binge app services from 2 sept for OUR TV (NOT MOBILE AS CLAIMED BY YOUR STAFF). On being provided the same it was noticed that out of the 22 Apps applicable, ALL except SUN NXT Live was availble on our TV.
On repeated complaints at least 14 people from Tata Sky have contacted me so far, to resolve it but COULD NOT BE and so as of date 12 Sept, SUN NXT IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE.
A rep was requested who came on 09 Sep and tried to resolve it, but COULD NOT and stated it is to be done from BACK END and that it will be available by that evening. Since then, not only HAS SUN NXT NOT COME, BUT YOUR REPS HAVE NOT EVEN ASKING or CONFIRMING FROM US, WHETHER IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED OR NO. SAD.
DID NOT EXPECT SUCH SERVICE FROM A TATA CONCERN.
Since you stop servcies when money is over, how WILL YOU COMPENSATE ME, FOR THE LOSS OF 12 DAYS OF MY SERVICES OF SUN NXT NOT BEING PROVIDED.
