Tata Sky — Services of tata sky are worse due to their untrained and dishonest technical team | |
I have been using tata sky dth services since last 10-11 years and as i live on rental properties so i had to shift to various locations. During last 10-11 years after getting the connection of tata sky i had shifted third time only.in every relocation the technician wanted to change any of the part of the equipment like lnb, cable, dish etc. But this time i am really fed up with the kind of technicians and services as the technicians are behaving very rudely, badly with the females and kids and tying to change all the things forcefully, if they are not allowed and asked to come when any male member is present then they never come and talk like in uncivilized manner. My first complaint this time was around 12-13 days back but till date problem is not resolved. 1st complaint made was for the channels not coming, for that tech visited and told to change the dish, it was agreed but on changing the dish the channel coming before the 1st complaint were lost and the tech came told that cable will have to be changed and this process is going on and my money from my account balance is deducting on daily basis but there is no one in this company to check and resolve the problem. This is the company where these undisciplined technical peoples are the boss and the managers of the company. This was the last and final complaint rooted through this medium and was the last payment done to tata sky. Finally decided to switch over to videocone. And one thing more i will not ask for any refund type of thing Was this information helpful? | |
