[Resolved] Tata Sky — Set box replacement charges | |||||
The set box provided by the tatasky is not up to the quality. We have replaced Four boxes within 7 months and we have paid money 600 for setup box and 200 for technicians each time. We have recharged the 6 months subscription for all native language + kids(1800) and we are able to see only half of the channel list.Every time when we call for technician help they are charging 200/- extra. Is this the right procedure that they are following. Govt is forcing us to use setup box. But we are facing these type of issues due to low quality setup box from tatasky.
