My tatasky id is [protected] with 2 hdr connections. Recently one connection went off the air. On complaint i was told that one tuner has malfunctioned and the set top box would have to be replaced. Unfortunately this set top box was installed in sept 2017, after the earlier one went dead. I find the that the replacement box was a refurbished box. The content recorded on the replaced box was lost. I do not mind paying for a replacement, provided it is not a refurbished box. Can the content recorded on this box be retrieved.
