We have been using Tata Sky since 8 months. We took 2 set top boxes out of which one is not working at all. It shows that the card is incorrect. It's been 8 months we're paying for both connections. We've been calling the tata sky customer care number but they just end up giving us different numbers which either do not exist or the person doesn't pick up the call. So many times we've complained about this issue yet it remains unsolved. Please solve this issue as soon as possible as we don't want to waste money behind the kaput box.
