Tata Sky — Set Top Box not getting signal

Dear Sir
From last three days I am trying to talk on your customer care no but unable to talk with your executive.I have wasted a lot of money on my phone bill.From last three days(from 19th of oct 2016) I am not availing your services.Please arrange a call immediately and rectify my problems .I have to discontinue dance studio and other extra pack.This is my request to start toll free no.Your customer care service is very expensive.Sometimes we feel we are cheated .
