Tata Sky — Set top box not receiving signal.

Hi I had tried to reach the customer care, was on hold for 8 hrs and lost 150rs and no one attended the call. I contacted the local vendor who installed the tata sky for me. he took a service charge of 550rs. Please till now body called me from tata sky. Please help i dont know whom to contact. Regards Ajit
