Tata Sky — Set top box (Subscriber ID- [protected])has not been replaced after 5 days till today | |||
Dear sirs, After recharging online for Rs.7500 it was found that the set top box is not working. The Tata sky customer care sent engineer for trouble shooting in Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) where I am living in my residence. The engineer visited and told that the set top box needed to be replaced. The engineer assured us to replace the set top box with immediate effect as soon as the ordered set top box reaches Bilaspur. But 5 days has been passed but no action has been taken. Please take necessary action to replace the set top box as my rent for 5 days (rent for one year has already been paid) has already been lapsed because of delay in the replacement.
