Tata Sky — set up box & many chenal not showing

my id for Tatasky is [protected] i have already mentioned to tatasky n also top u since long unfortunately no one is responding me i have problems since long there are many chenals i could not get & i have two set up box primary set up box is going oin but anther is not supporting i have called on toll free no of tatasky but no resp[once now this is last chance giving tatasky to resolve the iossue otherwise i have no remedy without to take action in legal manner or i have to disconnect the service of tatasky n move for another service provider who can satisfy me by providing such service youirs mahobatsinh dodia
