I was getting cloudy weather message from my tata sky connection since morning. After logging complaint and following all directions provided by the customer care number issue was not resolved and customer care executive communicated that it will be resolved within 2 hours and technician will be visiting within 2 hours to my house. After waiting till 7:30 pm, finally customer care responded that it will be resolved next day.
They have spoiled my kids sunday and also spoiled my india-pakistan match. They are not paying any penalty if anything goes wrong from there end, we are paying even all visit charges to their technician even if the problem is with their set top box.
As this is their responsibility and they failed to provide me the resolution on time they should be penalized.
They stop their service on very next day if payment is not done, so what if they fail to provide service for any day, it is happening with many customers and their should be a clear line of code of conduct for each party.
