My Tata sky i.d.no.[protected]. As iam not getting anything&it is understood that set up box to cable is having loose connection.Please do needful action by sending your representative to set right and make it functioning.Since Tv channels are not functioning since one day, you are requested to make necessary action at your end.Pl.let me know the action taken to rectify the same with the set up box.
