Tata Sky — setup box not responding and Tatasky executives responding abusively

I have taken a new connection of Tatasky on 24th may 2015. It worked fine on that day and from next day it was not at all working. When I asked the executive who installed the box he responded abusively and did not even fix the problem. What the bloody hell service is giving the Tatasky when they cannot give proper service they should shut their company
