[Resolved] Tata Sky — Setup Box Not Working

The TV screen is going "On" and "Off", also at times "Please wait initialising..." message is coming. We do not know what is the problem. After calling to customer care a technician came to home and checked the setup box and it started working but after he left again same problem is happening again and again. Sir, I Register the compliant for not provide sudarashn News chanel,on tata sky.in the Tata sky,But for registrasion of compliant is compliting one month but no responce from tata sky...//....

English news channel discarded by tatasky inspite of my subscription

Inspite of several reminders over phone to tatasky about English news channel activated inspite of my subscription, the matter still not resolve on technical grounds by them.
