Tata Sky — Setup box repeatedly not working. | |
My subscriber ID is [protected] .My setup box was not working.Technician has brought a repaired setup box and charged rs 600 and told that warranty for it is only one month.Same day again the replaced box was in repair.again called customer care and explained the situation.One executive told me that i can get anew setup box for rs 350. Again the technician came replaced the same old repaired box, when asked for new, he said it is not possible, so called customer service, they said it is not possible to replace old with new, so should continue with same, but warranty for 1 month.I asked what if i get repair after 1 month, they said again i have to pay .So REDICULOUS reply.Why should I pay every time set up box gets repair with out any misuse.he should give me a new one which has warranty .This is unfair.I cancelled my connection with this reply. SO PLS THINK BEFORE GOING FOR A TATASKY CONNECTION.. Was this information helpful? | |
