[Resolved] Tata Sky — setup box showing error message | |||
I have a started my tata sky after 2 or 3 months and now i am getting error message that the setup box needs to be paired. Let me know if i can find any assistance here. My rmn is [protected]. It is asking me to contact customer care which i did and they are asking for digicomp and digicard number. And when asked where can i find it they said "online". It seems either they do not know how to help or they do not want to help. As this is complain website i am spitting the sause out on the table. Please consider my requhat regarding i am unable to get services from Tata sky dth. I am seeing a message like 5his is the wrong card for this card for this set up box. So please look into my problem and take necessary steps.
