Tata Sky — setup box showing not able to connect from last 2 weeks

Hi team,
We have been complaining back to back on this issue but no response is received. This is period of lockdown so no call center service available.. This is understood. But the whatsaap service which you have started is not helping at all. I have been trying from last two weeks but no good response and neither my connection issue is resolving.
Please arrange a call on the no firstly and once done, please fix the issue.

Yes off course i have been telling, that i would need a call back on my issue. But always i have been told you will get call back and then nothing to address my question. JFYI I have fixed my TATA sky issue without any help from TATA sky pepl as they were not helpful at all.
Secondly on my recharge which i did and wasted completely is all because of my problem, it went all in vein and now i want my reachage to be reimbursed as there was no use of my recharge amount for whole month Along with a call arranged properly and with some one who actually knows ….other wise it will again be like - you will get a call back and then no answer again.

Do I still need to wait for two more week, just to receive a call...why is it so difficult for tata sky to arrange a call for.discussion...i am definately not going to accept this delay and will not be considering my money being wasted becouse of this delay.. ARRANGE A CALL ASAP

i completely understand the lockdown, but isn't your pepl working over call as well?...Is it difficult to arrange a call to address the issue as well.
