My tata sky was not getting signal since 09/08/2019 due to rainy season but after weather clears it was same so i booked a complain to tatasky customer care on
11/08/2019 @6:14:23pm i was assured to resolve my complaint within 24 hours so i got relaxed ..
again i called them on 12/08/19 @3:30 pm and i was told to wait untill 6:14:23pm... it was not resolved so
i called 3rd time @6:30pm and i was assured to resolve before 10 am on 13/08/19 but they could not..again
i called 4th time at 10 am and talked with some senior team person and she reassured me to get resolved within 2hrs at any cost...so again i waited for 2 hrs but still they could not...
i called 5th time at 1:30 pm on 13/08/2019 ...i talked again with senior excutive Mr. Shailesh Yadav from Pune centre and he assured me to get resolved for sure within 8 hrs...again i waited and as usual no resolution...i get it done with some local technician because it was end of my patience...
i got a call from tatasky on 14/08/2019 @ 6.30 pm which was around 72 hours...
i am truly so much disappointed and for sure tatasky team should feel shameful for such an incidence where one person calling u 5 to 6 times and everytime you are giving assuring hours..
i would not like to accept any excuses for such a bad service from tatasky...
i highly recommend everyone not to install tatasky dth at any cost... Was this information helpful? |
