Tata Sky — Siganal Problem - Unable to view 12 - 14 channels

My Tata Sky subscriber id [protected]...unable to view almost 12 - 14 channels due to signal...entire bengali regional package is not viewable...have complained couple of times, but no action have been take...if this continues, i would like cancel / close my tata sky connection.
