Tata Sky — Signal disconnected

Hi,
My tata sky singal was disconnected without any information and when asked or raised complaint there executive are like forcing me to pay money then only they can come down and check what the issues is and wil be rectified.. as the issue is out side my home and nothing to do with my side. Even after 2 3 times of complaint rise they disconnected the call saying they can solve the issue until I pay the amount.
