Tata Sky — signal disturbances | |||
From last two months not a single channel can be viewed. up to this now i have registered four complaints to tata sky customer care centre but they have not sent engineer/technician to solve my problem. Even though not a single channel we are not viewing but daily balance from my account is gradually reduced. Was this information helpful? | |||

very poor, frustrating service

Had same problem for entire month of April. They promised they would refund me something for that month ... but no refunds. Calling their helpdesk is of no use .. no one picks up. All emails to them go unanswered. Screw them, .. will try our Airltel and see how that is.
