Tata Sky — Signal issue reported & no service done after plenty of calls

Very upset to inform you that the service provided by is pathetic. Have reported signal problem 2 days before & after that followed up with phone calls to address the issue, however, till this moment no service executive has come & sorted the issue. On every phone call it i was assured that the service executive will reach in 2 hours.
