My TataSKY servicee is not available since April 01, 2015 . Have put a request on April 4th and work order -NS[protected] 1>called on April 1st, our IVR mentioned the will call back 2>Called on April 4th, registered a complaint. 3>Called almost 5 times after that till April 15th, ever time i call a false promises are told regarding the issue rectification but not actioned. 4>Customer care is so arrogant and no prompt response. 5>Taking almost an avg of 15-20 minutes to reach Customer care agent whatever the time we called during a day. -- I know there is an upgrade went and congestion happened at services. but they had solution . - issue is with how /approach in implementing the solution -do customer needs to call and register a complaint, when issue is for all tatsky services, cant the take pro-actively -- In m same apartment, few tatask subscribers issues are resolved. - cant you plan geographicallywhile addressing issue when you know this issue is for all and that has to be rectified.
