Tata Sky — Signal Problem inspite of paying full fees

Hi, We are not receiving any Marathi channels since last 2 weeks. In the last 8 to 10 days the other channels are also not visible now. My issues with Tata sky are as follows. 1. Through the Help line numbers i was never able to talk to any customer service associate. 2. Nobody has bothered to call back in the last 2 weeks. 3. Neither our complaint is solved in spite of repeated reminder calls. We opted for Tata sky expecting good service & picture quality. extremely disappointed with the service quality. i don't think you guys need old customers any more. Request you to tell me the refund process of the charges i have paid at the earliest.
