Dear sir/madam, I have been a proud member of tata sky family since 2006 and have been a trusted partner since. I have one tata sky plus recording box +2 hd boxes in my house. I also use tatasky in my office and work place but now a days i think tatasky is not interested in retaining customers. I think there is a lot of work in tatasky and hence its better old customer leave tatasky. Thank god i realised the same. I have complained on 09th june that my tatasky is not working which was working absolutely fine since last 5 years i. E. 15.06.2012 till 09.06.2017 at the same location. Now all of a sudden my location is having a problem. Gr8. I was been advised by your engineer that he will come with somebody else as 2 peoples are needed and will the needful very next day i. E. 10/06/2017 but am afraid to say that nobody came ever from 9/6/17 simply amazing. Now whenver i complain the complaint is just rescheduled and nothing else happens or it gets cancelled.
