Tata Sky — subscribe id diplay is wrong

.sir or mam on 9 of april 2015 have recharged my tata sky by seeing my subcriber id but that id was nt my actual id my actual id is [protected] nd on that day another subcriber id was displayed on my tv screen nd I didn't bothered becz just a day ago I have switched to multi tv so I thought its becz of that nd. Wrong id [protected] (which was displayed on my tv) as soon as I got ti know this I Complaint the consumer service but till the date they haven't entertained please help me ashish - [protected]
