This has reference to my on-line complaint lodged on 15th june2016 for non-availability of few channels out of the package offered to us and subsequent tele-talk undersigned had with your official.
Against my above complaint, during the help-line check done by your person, it is conveyed to me that there is a signal problem (Totally blank) for few channels. Subsequent to this, tata sky service engineer was visited to my home and changed the pin and told to us that there is no charge for changing the pin.
However, of later, we have received message appearing on the channel that an amount of rs. 200/- has been deducted from our account for the above service (For changing the pin). This is contradictory to the one told to us by your engineer while changing the pin i. E. No charged will be debited to us.
In view of the above, i would request you to kindly reimburse the amount of rs. 200/- debited to my account towards changing the pin.
I also failed to understand that how the pin is working for few channels and not for other channels.
We are now looking forward for your confirming reversal of above amount of rs. 200/- to my account.
