I am Anoop Aravind, My subscriber ID is [protected], I had a trouble in my connection which is not working from Monday, i lodged a service call on Thursday & the customer services associates assured that it will be resolved within 72 hrs, Extremely dissatisfied with the services, Poor customer care service with unable to resolve any queries, Service associates keep telling about cyclone which was happened in Chennai on Monday or false commitments that it will be resolved soon. No call till date has been given by technician, Please confirm the refund policy & strongly recommend everyone to not opt for Tata sky Was this information helpful? | |||||
