Tata Sky — Subscription stopped. | |||||
Good day, This is to inform that a very poor service and lack of cooperation from Tata sky, DTH service has been experiencing past 2 months. Earlier there was issue with setup box, which has been replaced, again the new one had problem in 2 days which again replaced, after paying 1200 rupees extra. This month subscription expired due to the HD channels subscription which i never requested to be on. Finally after trying to customer care several times there is no positive response from the Tata sky service. My customer ID is [protected] Hope my complaint will look after and resolved.
