Hello, i have multitv connection at home for three set top boxes.

Out of those three connections currently two set top boxes are not in use. Details for the boxes is as below.

Hdpvr[protected]Digicard[protected]

I do not intend to use these boxes in future hence wish to surrender these boxes (Along with respective digicard).

After reaching out to tatasky helpline, i was informed that i can not return the hdpvr boxes though if those are not in use and i wont get any refund for the boxes.

Request you to look into this on priority and address as appropriate.

Updated by vswakde I have received multiple calls from TataSky regarding the request to return the unused HDPVR boxes against the refund of money. But all they were saying that I wont get any refund of money if I wish to surrender the boxes. This seems to be unlawful hence need your help in resolving the issue at the earliest.
