Dear sir/madam,
Not satisfied with you service your due to society problem we are supposed to shift antina terrace parfait level to our flat window but there network not catching, so mean time we have taken permission our neighbour to fix antina on their window and your technician came and attended point he had been connected connection on our neighbour antina only instead of installing our antina so it's not working now our neighbour not giving permission so we want to give up connection kindly refund our amount as we are ready to refund set up box and antina with cable whatsoever amount refundable as per policy refund us
