I Mr. Bharat Shah had requested for downgrade my tataplay bing firestick services to Rs.149 from the existing Rs.299/-, much prior to my monthly expiry for My tataplay a/c no.[protected]. But My subscription has not been downgraded even after repeated complaints on the telephone as well as on Facebook page. But they just refuse to downgrade my subscription. This is called cheating me, and I want raise my complaint for the same.

Updated by shahbc Got a call from Tata PLay people and he repeated the same as previously, we have forwarded the complaint and would try to resolve the same.
I had also spoken to their seniors TWICE and they also said the same.
Do U think this is such a big problem they that have to consult and have an AGM for resolving my problem, which has been created by them?
I think they don't want to solve the problem like this cz of losing revenue.
