Tata Sky — Tata Play Binge STB flickering dotted screen

I upgraded to tata play binge plus set top box when it was installed it was not working properly flickering of screen doted screen blank screen after so many attempts of customer care there was no response since 24 Hrs I payed thousands of rupees and premium plan no issue resolved
