Dear sir, Name-TRS murthy. SUBSCRIBER ID- [protected] Email - kartiktallam @ gmail. Com I have changed my set top box from normal sd box to 4k box 5 days back by paying up gradation charges rs 5900. I was not told that there are no 4k channels presently active on tatasky and I can get same services with normal HD box at payment of rs1500. Now I want to know why was I charged extra for services which are not even available. When I asked for change of box to HD plus box the customer service asked for charge of rs 7900. I should be able to upgrade at a charge of 2000 after giving exchange of my HD 4k box which costs 5900 and was fraudulently sold to me by giving false information. Multiple calls to call center have told me to launch complaint using email. Please look into the matter and give your 10 year old customer his due service which your company has always done till now.
