Earlier i had submitted a request through this forum regarding cancellation of the tata sky binge. Though i had received an sms on 30/3/2020 regarding deactivation of the same, still it is active. This came to my knowledge because it still reflects in my account and unnecessarily if i have to renew my subscription i'm forced to pay for the service which i had wanted to be cancelled. Why is there a long delay to my request in spite of the sms received?!
