Tata Sky — Tata sky box is china bad product & and rong inform by executive

Before one and half month i spoke with tata sky cutomer care because i am facing no signal problem and in my set box then he inform to me engineer will be visit my house he resolve problems he will be repair my setup executive didn't inform me after repair validity but engineer came my house and he just swiped my box. Now after one i called tata sky care they informed now your tata sky setup box validity and repaired validity over,

Now i am worried about why cutomer executive did not informed me all information and term and policies. Why engineer swiped my box because i was informed by executive engineer will be repair box.. And did not informed me my after repair warranty by both engineer and by executive


So dear please help me out beacouse tata sky is making now china product because product has no reliability...
